This project used exploratory data analysis and machine learning to identify features that predict when employees will leave their jobs.

The effect of repetition on intersubject synchrony assessed with fMRI

In order to examine brain activity while participants listened to naturalistic stimuli and minimize error, intersubject synchrony of brain activation measured via fMRI was examined and compared across stimulus conditions. Familiar and new music were listened to repetitively by participants. It was found that synchrony of brain activity was most influenced by current music repetition regardless of long term music familiarity.
